           To solve materials challenges with quality, innovation solutions, Alcao established its R&D center, focusing on industrial research, technological development, and analysis in metal processing sectors. We develop high-performance products that contain a high percentage of recycled aluminum.

           Alcao’s R&D facilities help our customers decide the best alloy for their application and the tools and process required to achieve extraordinary products.

         Alcao’s R&D studies mainly focused on applied technological research towards:
